FO MBR

FO MBR

FO MBR

The FO-MBR core is based on the positive pressure non-pressure-driven permeation principle. It replaces the traditional pressure-type membrane components with positive pressure special membrane modules and integrates them into the biochemical reaction system. The entire process runs at normal temperature, under non-pressure conditions, and without external force-driven filtration. The system utilizes the natural osmotic pressure difference on both sides of the membrane to achieve efficient separation of water molecules. It can precisely retain substances such as activated sludge, colloidal particles, large-molecule non-biodegradable organic substances, and suspended pollutants in the reactor, completely eliminating the problems of membrane surface pollutant compaction, membrane pore blockage, and irreversible pollution caused by the high-pressure suction in traditional MBR. At the same time, this process can maintain an extremely high sludge concentration in the reactor, significantly improving the biodegradation efficiency of non-biodegradable organic substances, and effectively solving the industry pain points of low B/C ratio wastewater treatment efficiency and incomplete degradation.

Process Advantages

Unpressurized operation

Unpressurized operation, completely eliminating membrane fouling and blockage. FO-MBR is driven passively by the natural osmotic pressure difference and does not have the pressure adsorption effect.

High biodegradation capacity

27/5000 It has a stronger biochemical degradation ability, resulting in excellent effluent quality and an enhanced removal efficiency of TOC.

Cost advantage

Synchronous separation + concentration, achieving extreme reduction in volume and cost, providing better cost advantages.

Long membrane lifespan

The membrane has a long service life and low consumable costs.
