The core of the solution adopts the natural osmotic pressure difference driving principle, discarding the traditional high-pressure forced filtration mode of pressure membranes. The entire process operates at normal temperature and near normal pressure. It achieves the spontaneous penetration and separation of water molecules through the concentration difference on both sides of the membrane. It can efficiently retain residual phenols, cyanides, large molecular organic substances, colloids, heavy metals, hardness ions and various salts in the coking wastewater, fundamentally eliminating the irreversible organic pollution and scale hardening problems commonly encountered in high-pressure membrane processes. The system has extremely strong resistance to water quality shocks and can effectively adapt to adverse conditions such as fluctuations in the biochemical effluent of coking wastewater, intermittent oil content, and high residual organic matter. It can continuously maintain stable filtration flux and separation effect.
