High system recovery rate
The system has a high recovery rate, produces a small amount of concentrated liquid, and the produced water can be reused, thus saving water resources.
The core of the scheme relies on the principle of positive osmosis and natural osmotic pressure difference drive. It does not require high-pressure equipment and can achieve efficient separation and concentration of wastewater under normal temperature and near-normal pressure conditions. By utilizing the osmotic pressure difference between high and low concentration solutions, water molecules spontaneously pass through the high-precision reverse osmosis membrane from the raw water side of the wastewater to the absorption liquid side, accurately retaining various pollutants such as salts, heavy metals, colloids, and large-molecule non-biodegradable organic substances in the wastewater, completely avoiding problems such as pressure membrane process compression and fouling, and salt concentration limitations. It has extremely strong tolerance to harsh water quality.
